ID Card
Personal, non-transferable and mandatory to access the conference activities, as well as for access to the conference venue and on conference-related events.
A duplicate might be issued at the cost of 50% of the registration fee, paid at the registration desk.
Invoice
For early registrations: available at the online registration menu.
For on-site registrations: issued upon registration.
- Registrations are personal and non-transferable.
- The registration must be sent electronically only.
- In case an abstract is not approved the registration will be fully refunded.
- Payment can be done after the abstract is accepted but in this case the registration discount will not be granted.
- Cancellation and refund: this rule applies to those registered WITHOUT ABSTRACT. More details below.
Cancellation and refund policy
- The registration fee receipt and a letter requesting cancellation and refund of the registration fee must be received by the organizers by September 1st, 2024.
- In this case, 70% of the registration fee will be returned, discounted operational and bank fees.
- After September 2nd, 2024 no refunds will be issued.
- ALL E-MAILS REQUESTING REGISTRATION FEE REFUND MUST BE SENT TO: bbest@bbest.org.br.
Attention
SBBq or SBE, according to the Brazilian Law (Lei 11.771), does not issue “nota fiscal”. Available documents:
- Stamped receipt in stationery;
- Tax exemption letter;
- CNPJ card;
- FGTS Debt Clearance Certificate
