All you need to know to enjoy the event the most
The BBEST – IEA Bioenergy conference will take place at the Renaissance Hotel Convention Center, in São Paulo, Brazil, from October 22nd to 24th, 2024. The registration and abstract submission forms are available in the online registration system.
All registered participants will receive:
- Folder with the full conference program, on site;
- Certificate of Attendance to the conference;
- Certificate of Abstract (Poster and Oral Presentation);
- Access to Site Tours, upon previous registration and payment, and their certificates.
- Access the technical visits, upon previous registration and payment.

Accessibility

Image Use
The organization of the conference reserves the right to record or photograph any or all conference-related events. By registering for and/or attending the BBEST & IEA Bioenergy conference, you grant the organizers the permission to use any recording or photography of you at the conference venue or conference-related activities.
Dress Code
The attire for the conference is business casual. Session rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and outside the conference venue will be a hot spring day, so dress in layers. We suggest bringing business cards, and a reusable water bottle (go green!).
