About Visit Visas and Invitation Letters
Visit Visas (VIVIS) might be required depending on your nationality. If you are planning to attend the conference, please visit the page of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (follow the links below) to check visa requirements and procedure for application on the local Consular Representations of Brazil closer to your location.
Please check this requirement as soon as possible. Please note that the conference organizers cannot contact local government officials on your behalf.
Invitation Letter
If you are required an invitation letter to your visa application, please send your full name, company or university name, address, and any additional identification information such as passport number to bbest@bbest.org.br. The invitation letter will be sent as a PDF file via e-mail and will contain general event information (date and venue). If more conference-specific information is required, please let us know.
